First off, can I just start by saying what an AMAZING site Mingle2 is.

Now to my question...so many men on this site are aggressive in their approaches. Conversation starts well, then all of a sudden you're being questioned about your bust size, offered money for sex etc. Maybe its my own warped sense of thinking that makes me feel like this, but I do believe not every single woman on earth would like to be greeted by something like this: "hey baby! Would you like my fat d**k to smack you in the face?" Or "My c**k is so hard for you right now" I just think its so inappropriate. I used to think it was my profile portraying me in such a manner, but I was wrong. My profile is fine. What makes men act like this?

There are jerks of course on both sides, but it's the internet.

I also think that some times the private talk is a little more "R" at times out of fun. I have some funny stories about this where the girls involved would be so busted if their mail was public. Don't worry I wouldn't lol.

What I think your refering to though are those who are just plain kids and don't know how to be anything but. I don't think that's ever going to change and we as adults need to figure out how to shut them out of our lives and move on.

What makes people that rude is something we may never understand. I don't get guys at all in this department, never did. The world is not a strip club, but I think some guys really do see it as such.

BTW I want to say for the record the guys who joke about this stuff on the forums are gentlemen in reality, the ones I know anyway. But I know you gals must get perved out behind the scenes.

Just get loads of requests from young men from certain countries that I'm not allowed to mention anymore
If in PM exchange I notice someone is not what he claims to be, I simply delete/block/ignore.
Same if a man starts the usual 20 questions.

If there's nothing in your profile text or pictures that would invite such men, there's nothing much you can do, other than be careful whom you get in touch with.

I'm never "aggressive", but I do ask very candid questions pretty soon after meeting someone.

Usually not about their body... unless they have a cool tattoo.

Op, I agree with MG. There are lots of jerks here on the site. Oddly; most of them are the younger guys who do have a lot of growing up. Just block them and report them.

I've never gotten emails like that....then again, I don't reply to most of the mails I get, so that might be why.

yup I agree, and in my lengthy expereince I am 100% convinced that there is an "industry " element on the site (not as much so as some other sites) and that is what she is experiencing as well as kids on here who shouldn;t be.

that's why it is soooo important to report those posters. I no longer have problems with this kinda mail either - rarely mybe....but it has been a learning curve....takes a lot of blocking and just be very very firm about your boundaries.

especially if something seens amiss in the firt few messages...

This site offers free membership. So, the jerks come out of the woodwork.

There are jerks male and female everywhere. Just delete them and block them if they continue. They will make you appreciate the ones who know how to conduct themselves like gentlemen and treat women with respect.
