The whole this is just tradgic. The boy must pay for his actions, and be detained for a very long time if not forever. Not just because he killed a cat, but in the nature in which he did it! Sadistic.

I don't care where he is from. This happens everywhere and I think it is good that he was caught in the act. This kid and people like him of any age are scarey.

People like this are rarely rehabilitated. They continue to get worse. No matter what the reasons. The kid is too old to be cured of this affliction. All we can do is learn from it.

But no matter what made this perosn like this, the end result is the same. He is dangerous, to our children especially. Doesn't take much for people like him to move up the tier to lil kids. I say keep him locked away. And drop the "where he is from crap".....this is rampent around the world.

Also the kill is swift, you don't want to Mangle The Meat ,if a man has a taste for Rabbit,but Rabbits can't be had,Well Cat's are the same, only Domestic Cats are fed only The Best Food...

This is also why Chinaees,Vietnameese,Laousians,Filippno tend to be real short on Domestic Cats...
