DO u think this is possible ? i think yes, as there are no limitations and you will be honest,, you also need someone other than family member to share your feelings Overseas chatting maybe romance but I doubt it is true love.

Sure you can find someone that lives overseas and fall in love with them, but how long do you think that is going to last? It cost a lot of money to fly there and to keep calling back and forth. Trust me, I know all about it. I flew 9000 miles and came back to the states with an engagement ring. It is just to hard because you can not jump in your car when you get worried about the person you love. It cost way to much money and it cost you your heart. NO WAY WOULD I EVER DO IT AGAIN!!! IT IS JUST NOT REALISTIC TO EVEN THINK A RELATIONSHIP COULD WORK WITH SOMEONE THAT LIVES THAT FAR AWAY!

What starts out as chat can develop in to something more serious over time. I agree that you need to be mindful of scammers, and never ever send money to anyone you have only met on line, which is what scammers want you to do. Scammers and liars are soon discovered or get bored and disappear, you just need patience to find a genuine person. I agree you need to be very careful, but after some time, (months) and after you have exchanged telephone calls, letters. and Skype calls with someone, you start to build up a picture of them and are better placed to decide if you are to risk travelling to meet them. What happens after you have met them only you can decide, but meeting up several times is needed to form a complete picture of a person in my opinion, and the further you live apart the greater the costs in meeting up. Overseas dating is certainly not an easy option in my opinion.

I guess many people haven't heard of the Adidas campaign? Impossible is nothing. On a serious note, i had a very good relationship with a woman in America. I even got a job over there so we basically ended up living together for a few years. It works if both parties are as committed as the other. It's a challenge for sure but what is life without a challenge.

It will all depend on both of you. Its quite a challenge really. Coz u really started as "total strangers". But destiny is what brings two people together. I am very much hoping ours will be a success. If it will, I will let everybody on Mingle know... :)

I met someone on Mingle 2 and I happen to be sa citizen of the same country. I'm on a an overseas trip right now and we've been talking for t two years on and off . I'm also on and off in another relationship, and I get stressed out sometimes. I'm totally going to be monogamous from now on. Two relationships just make me feel nervous and bad. It kinda seems tasteless!
