I used to access the full site on my phone but a couple of days ago I automatically got switched to the mobile site. No problem. But ever since then, i'm not being notified of inbox messages. It is only when I by some fluke decide to click on my mail tab that I see I had messages sent to me hours ago.
Please help. |

I'm looking at both versions right now, afriQueen22, and I don't see a difference between the two in terms of the number next to the Mail tab. Or, are you referring to offsite notifications emails sent to your personal email account?

I'm looking at both versions right now, afriQueen22, and I don't see a difference between the two in terms of the number next to the Mail tab. Or, are you referring to offsite notifications emails sent to your personal email account? If you prefer to use the main site, of course, you can always click this link: http://m.mingle2.com/prefer_mainsite No, I meant notifications when I get mail. When someone nudges me I get the notification but most times not when I've received mail. In some instances, I've been notified only once I've clicked on the mail tab but the message itself was sent several hours earlier. |

Yeah, it's so much easier for me to use in terms of reading forums and stuff. This is my only gripe with it. |

To the admin of this site
Their is a few issues with your mobile template . 1 when you login and it shows you a screen with a menu all the words are so white you can't read them you need to change the colour to black so people can read them . 2 you also have a major issue with profiles and pics over lapping everything looks out of wack it's hard to make sense of any of it . I don't know what template this site uses for mobile devices but you do need to tweak it some more because its good but has the bugs listed above . If you improve those issues it should be good |

Unfortunately, afriQueen22, we're not seeing this behavior in our recent tests. We'll keep an eye out for similar reports, though. |

If you improve those issues it should be good Welcome, dvljet. What type of phone are you using, exactly? I just checked M2 out from my Android and got the screenshots below. They look normal, but maybe you're referring to a particular page not shown below? Another site representative uses the site from her iPhone and it looks okay there, too.

I can no longer access the smilies that are under the message box. I also can no longer see the smilies. This has happened sometime within the last three days. |
