What would you say about a man who takes pleasure in breaking a woman's heart?

He feels remorse. And understands the pain she experiences.

I'd tell him to see a Psychiatrist to further understand why this is so. Seems like something I would have no idea how to help or if it is something that even needs helping lol

He has no REAL conscience and a self-inflated ego if he doesn't make amends somehow.

I could and would not say anything about a "man" like that, for he would not be a man at all.

The two sentences seem to contradict each other?

If he took pleasure in breaking someone's heart and now feels remorse: he should learn from it and not do it again. He should find out why he did what he did.

If he takes pleasure in breaking a woman's heart, it means something he does all the time.
Then the next sentence doesn't really make sense?

If he takes pleasure in doing so, he has no true remorse, and he does understand her pain. He is a sociopath.
