Proper football ( soccer ) and Boxing training combined will keep you fit, I guarantee it? Try it? You'll thank me in 6 - 8 weeks time, when you really see the results?

My favorite cardio is getting on the stairmaster and cranking it up to level 11 for 30-45 minutes. |

Riding my 50lb plus "Fat Tire" bicycle on the sand beach in Florida or river rock beach in Alaska...the four inch tires will go anywhere but really give you a workout like no other!!

Full body of course. Only wimps do splits.

If I'm going to the gym I'll hit free weights and machines, depending on what I'm doing that day, along with jogging or running for at least half an hour.
Outside of the gym I climb lots of stuff, which is still probably my favorite thing to do (aside from skateboarding, which is a good leg workout and very decent cardio/endurance). |
