T-bar rows is another favourite. I did some for the first time in months the other day and the backs of my shoulders were sore for about four days afterwards. Free weights baby! For the mass! T-bars are not too comfortable to do for me coz I just can't seem to feel them but I do them anyway. The clean and snatch is another great exercise |
