What do you do when you want to meet woman to date, but you are very shy and you don't know what to say and when you don't know them and how do you know if someone you meet online is real?

I suffer from the very same thing. When I go to the pubs I get women giving me the come on but I get all scared and self conscious. It makes me very angry. The amount of opportunities I have wasted is unforgivable. I should be punished.

I used to be very shy and self-conscious as well, always stuck for words. Good thing is, it's never to late to learn.
Indeed fix the inside, absolutely agree with that. I now really enjoy socializing and hanging out with friends.
The only thing with men is that I'm quite a strong woman and men can be intimidated by that.
One bloke once told me he would never ever dare approach me in a pub cos of my eyezzz And complete opposite: another guy proposed cos of my eyezzz
So what do I do? Wear sunglasses? Don't look a bloke in the eye? Very confusing ...
And men say women are difficult?

its not logic that will fix the problem because the problem is his feelings behind the words.........we forget to listen to the feelings..... isn't it what women want men to do...???? to feel understood and that their feelings are valid...????

its important for the man to have the higher status,lower status men do not do as well with quality woman,,, they will look down on him.....
