Do you deny voter fraud is a major problem?

It would give all voters the knowledge that that any voter fraud is harder to do with ID's. Not a fix but a step in the right direction.

Obamacare has ID cards too.

National Health Care Identification Card:

The bill explicitly states that in order for any individual to be eligible for a health insurance plan and health claim status, they will be issued a machine readable national health identification card. All operating rules set forth in the bill for health plan and claim eligibility must allow for the use of this ID card.

“ELIGIBILITY FOR A HEALTH
PLAN AND HEALTH CLAIM STATUS.
—The set of operating rules for eligibility for a
health plan and health claim status transactions shall be adopted not later than July 1, 2011, in a manner ensuring that such operating rules are effective not later than January 1, 2013, and may allow for the use of a machine readable identification card.”

Do you deny voter fraud is a major problem?

It's only a major problem in that Republicans are using "anti-voter fraud" bills to disenfranchise hundreds of thousands of students and minorities in places where before, voter fraud was either undetected or severely limited.

I suspect that after the ID-requirements go into effect, voter fraud will actually be more rampant, because people will only check ID cards, and be lulled into complacency, and the people who cannot get state-issued ID cards will continue to be disenfranchised. There are already Republican lawmakers on record as saying they only wrote/passed the laws to decrease Democratic votes.

Do you deny voter fraud is a major problem?

the kind committed by actual 'voters',,,,yes I do

633 incidents total since 2000

roughly an average of 50 per year, or 1 per state per year...

hardly anything 'major' about that

News21, part of the Carnegie-Knight Initiative on the Future of Journalism Education, has mounted an intensive effort to try to flesh out that record. News21 students have requested and reviewed thousands of public records, court documents, and media reports to see how many prosecutions for election fraud have been made in each state. The result: "analysis of 2,068 alleged election-fraud cases since 2000 shows that while fraud has occurred, the rate is infinitesimal." The map above illustrates the number of confirmed voter fraud cases found by News21 dating back to 2000. Out of hundreds of millions of ballots cast, they counted 633 incidents. Among states with voter ID laws on the books, Georgia and Kansas have seen the most prosecutions, with 80 and 97 cases respectively. In Pennsylvania, which may require voters to show identification on Election Day if the state’s Supreme Court does not block the new law from taking effect, the number of fraud cases was just five

That's why I recommended Thorazine for your condition.

Most realize that MSM is nothing more than a paid for bias slant controlled by who has the most money to pay for it any more, and nothing to do with truth or news.

I did say most, and perhaps Thorazine will help your hallucination ailment. It worked well in the 70s, and today, for just that purpose

?? what has that to do with whether voter fraud is a 'major problem'

is it not members of government trying to push voter id laws?

government includes hundreds of different individuals,,,who rarely have a uniform mentality or uniform agreement on anything

especially THIS government

Why do we carry on voting, when we know prices will never go back down, and that the government will just keep toying with our lives? It's pointless. The only way is to stop voting. If everyone did, then at least the politicians would lose their job. We don't need the government. They need us. laugh
