I knew some one close who had that same problem? What they done was she and he hit it off great as soon as they started seeing each other, so to keep all the drama out and away from work. She quit her job and they got married. He supperted them from that job she stayed home......worker? ARE YOU WILLING TO GO THAT FAR?

Morena... be kind and respectful to those who care about you, telling him at work, then working 8 hours with him may be a bit insensitive.

The biggest drama at work in a relationship is the 'talk' and the 'jealousy'. But it could work in small office or if he switched jobs? But that again is or would be another drama? Who's going and who's staying??

First, you need to seperate the two. I know its going to hard but you have to do it. Your personal life shouldn't be brought to work and you should let your co-workers know that. Its not her business.

I guess I wouldn't be the best one to comment on this topic Morena. My motto is that I most generally don't date people where I work. I learned that the hard way in the past. Things can and often do become very "weird" and uncomfortable. Please be careful, it also sounds as though it might be more of a problem with a fellow female collegue. Just watch your back baby cakes... J I think I agree with Jane here,and even you mentioned it that if you have probles it may affect ur friendship.I will not advice anyone to Date were he or she work it is 90% does not succeed.
