http://www.sott.net/article/264488-Police-fired-9-shots-in-11-seconds-The-killing-of-Sammy-Yatim they shoot then taze him... ![]() yeah, I was thinking the other day of two inventions one would be (already exists) an app or device that can fit on ones person that records what happens around that person and sends it live to a server/storage,,,,,as evidence in those cases where one of two involved ends up dead,,, the other would be weapons that shoot a high dose tranquilizer, just as effective at 'stopping' someone, allowing time to escape from or at least subdue them, without as high a risk of killing them,,, So administrating medication without a license? How do you determine the doses? How do you know they aren't deathly allergic to that sedative? What if they were on any kind of depressant drug, it would instantly kill them. A taser is a safe and effective tool that works the same way. |

Using drugs on someone would be hazardous. Its invasive, it could kill them if they are allergic or react to some other drugs they have in their system, (and most muggers will have some other drug in their system.) Also, they take too much time to take effect. I suggest the best self defense if you don't want to carry a weapon, gun or knife, is Karate. I carry a small oval shaped rock in my pocket. It fits in the palm of my hand and sticks out one side. It comes to a nice rounded point. Its just a pet rock. I call it my "attack rock." I know several places to hit a person with it that could either knock them out or kill them. I carry a Taser, it is safe and effective. It's something I recommend any female carry to protect herself. Karate really isn't that much use in a high risk situation especially when you have someone hopped up on drugs. |

When I was a professional soldier in basica, some dudes called their rifle a gun.
The platoon, in formation were taught like this. Rifle in hand. This is my rifle. (THEN grabs crotch and says), This is my gun. This, (rifle), is for fighting and this (clutched pecker), is for fun. |

they are in a dangerous field constantly in fear for their life they couldn't know he wasn't armed,, its justified,,,, ![]() Us normal Peons do not qualify for it? basically, yes normal peons also don't qualify to operate on people without a doctors license,, or spank people (without consent) who aren't their own minor children,,, authority happens that way,, higher responsibility/higher expectation/and higher authority,,,, |
