If it's just an affair, with no commitment or expectations from either party...why not.

I don't believe I can fall in love online. But if we actually meet and spend time together and end up falling for one another, then I'd have trouble going back to messaging from half way across the country. I'll want real hugs and kisses from then on...no more of these smooched

Not without the eventual reduction of distance. Feelings are great, but if it wont translate to real life experiences, why bother.
Exactly. If you just want to read about a love affair, open a romance novel. frustrated

There are loops or vacuums that can't be filled up in online love affairs no matter how intimated that becomes, until there are face to face interactions for sometimes which will really reveal the attitudinal nitty gritties of your friend. This determines the fate of your relationship

with technology now adays its alot eaiser then it once was, like they got s**t for your phone that is crazy!! you can send people hugs, give people orgasims and send kisses ...weird yes.. but whatever tickles ur pickle i guess. todays technology makes anything possible and with skype and stuff like that who says it cant be a relationship just because you guys arent physically touching, love doesnt have to always be about physically touching and being with someone as much as it has to do with caring, loving and understanding eachother mentally and emotionally.

A long-distance relationship has to be a short-term situation in order for it to be successful. The distance can't remain long if it is going to last.

Instead of asking for a long-distance relationship, move to a place where you are more likely to have a short-distance relationship.

About a year is how long it takes to get a visa, that's why I said wait a year and I'll let you know. Either we'll make it or we won't.

Long distance or Short Distance is better then no distance. Any distance would be better then what I have now.

Affair? No way spock. I'm talking to a guy in another country right now, and maybe I WOULD move to be with him. As long as he remains this charming person. Because if he ever ended up turning into a player, I'd be having second thought's. We haven't arranged to meet up. Just saying I would if he wanted me to. Some men are worth it.

In a way its good it lets us learn about each other and takes us past the shallow physical side . Do i believe it can last ? well who knows i guess anythings possible in life . not sure of my own life or what waits for me round the next corner but tomorrows just another day away .
