Regardless as to if anyone lied or not. All it takes is someone not noticing it's hearsay and it gets by. That's why they have retrials and stuff like that. Was the one dude actually declared not guilty? I mean did they actually say the words not guilty? If at the end of thrial they didn't actually use the words not guilty then he could be brought back for another trial.

That's why I brought up the word exceptions. Like I recall there some types of testimony that are not admissible unless mentioned by the defense I think. Then the prosecutors can go off on it.

the first juror to interview said she didn't find her testimony credible EXCEPT the part with the racial slurs,,,

so,, its more like, she decided what someone like treyvon would or wouldn't say based upon her profile of the witness/friend

some of the story, therefore, was 'credible' after all,, but that wasn't enough for the witness to BE a credible witness

,,,I actually thought just the opposite

she was one of the only witnesses that gave the good and the bad,,,as opposed to these witnesses with book deals, etc,, trying to paint George as just a regular saint,,,,

she , to me , was more credible because she INCLUDED that tray used the slurs.....she, to me, was the least likely to be trying to give some idealistic portrayal of either person
