So Romantic thread got me thinking about the romantic gestures I've done for the ladies I've felt for in the past. What did you dream up, and do? We could use some new ideas.

I was seeing a lady I liked very much, she was a waitress in a fancy restaurant. She had to work Xmas eve, and was going to her folks home Xmas day, out of town. The only time I would see her was way before, or after she got back.

I got crazy, got a full size Christmas tree, decorated it, with lights and ornaments, and mounted it in the back end of my truck. Then I went to meet her, when she got off, 2 A.M. xmas eve, to give her my christmas gift.

Hummmmm, I'm not one that expects a guy to be romantic all the time...But when they at least once in a while, make a really sweet jester it sure makes it worthwhile... ... Regardless if it is just a kiss on the check when passing or sitting in the car..... Everyone should try to keep the romance alive...

I work with all men... I have had some of them tell me about their g/f or wives left them a note in their lunch ect... After watching their reactions it is so kewl just to know they really do enjoy them... Of course I have heard things they have done for their g/f or wives. I always tell them to keep it up it the romance is what keeps a relationship alive.

But .........it goes both ways... if a woman has a man that keeps the romance alive then she should do things that makes him happy...

I used to date guy who left notes on my pillow if he left before I woke up. The note would sometimes ask for a date that night...he would always add for me to RSVP.

i like to give a single white rose to a woman i am courting. i once gave a woman a single white rose every friday during our courtship (sometimes i would show up at her work pretending to be the flower delivery guy)

Reading posts like these is like reading poetry.

I like to give massages to the woman I love. Nothing beats a long neck, shoulder or foot rub after a long day at work or just to help her relax at any time of day.

I like giving the lady i am seeing an orchid and when they ask why the orchid ,i say ''it is a rare exotic and beautiful flower so who better to receive it than a rare exotic beautiful person''

Even the smallest gestures do it for me. Like I said, I'm easily pleased.
