I wish this Nero surgeon would call soon and set up this appt. the pain and stiffness is bad and there's days I can't even walk

Sorry for your pain. I work with neck injuries-it is one of my specialties and so I see the pain that people go through. Drink lots of water that keeps the muscles from stiffening up. Ice the neck 15-20 min. Ice is a natural anti-inflammatory. If you increase calcium, potassium and magnesium then that also helps. I will keep praying for cellular restoration and quick painless healing.
