Yup!
I predicted right. Ghetto-rat is a liar. |

and? the young lady obviously has speech issues and issues being understood,,, that doesn't prove any type of lie
'sending' a letter and 'writing' a letter are not the same thing,,, and I still did not hear her testify in court that she 'wrote' the letter,,,so as I said before sounds like REACHING,,,,, |

Probably under oath. If she did not write the letter, then why did they claim she did? She obviously made this claim at some point. And if she did not write the letter, then why would they have her try to read it in court? What would be the point of that??? She OBVIOUSLY DID NOT WRITE THE LETTER because she can't read or write cursive. She said so in court. Now, how did the letter even become evidence in court if she did not write it, or if she denied writing it? (which she did not) If anyone is REACHING... IT IS YOU. Why would you be reaching for this lying moron? Is it because she is black and Travon Martin is black? It looks to me like YOU are bias and prejudice yourself against Zimmerman, assuming he is guilty because he is not black. Now, if Zimmerman was black (which you pointed out to me that he was not) and the victim had been a white boy... then I am quite certain that you would be defending the black Zimmerman. If the girl witness was white, you would be jumping all over the fact that she can't read her own letter she claims to have written. |

Sounds like ya pegged it Ms Jeanniebean.

I seriously doubt that the outcome of the trial is going to depend on Martin's girlfriend, because she did not actually see what happened.

If the girl witness was white, you would be jumping all over the fact that she can't read her own letter she claims to have written. 'probably under oath'...LOL ok,,,, did you hear her say that or are you assuming? why would they ask her to read it,, so they can appeal to folks who think like YOU ,, since she cant read it she couldnt have wrote it or she must be lying context is everything, and just seems like suggesting she PROBABLY SAID she wrote it,, is exactly what the lawyers are hoping for,,, let me ask, who writes a letter in cursive and signs it in print,, is it possible that she 'probably' said she sent the letter which was construed to assume she 'wrote' it and that she has (and she has) clarified that she asked someone to write it for her? is it possible someone with her vocabulary wouldnt think to say she 'dictated' a letter for someone else to write for her? and what has that to do with the honesty of whats in the letter? not much even if Zimmerman were black I would feel the same,,,,but what makes you call her a moron exactly? because she speaks softly? because she doesnt speak the queens english? or is it because she is black? be careful, because accusations can fly both ways instead, as a mother, I totally believe anytime some grown person follows a kid around in the dark with a gun and the kid tries , not once, but TWICE to loose them,, the instigator and responsible party is the one who was doing the initimidating, not the one who finally stops running,,,, and that will be the cultural divide in this case,, some will see z as the victim because he got beat down and 'did what he had to do ' to survive (non fatal injuries),,,, and others will see T as the victim, because he was trying hard to avoid a stranger following him alone at night and the stranger wouldnt let up eventually leading to a 'stand your ground' moment which resulted in the pursuer shooting the pursuee dead,,, nothings gonna change that cultural divide, but dont believe for a second its merely due to race, plenty of other mothers who are white and other races believe as I do,, and plenty of people who are not white believe as you do,,, |

I seriously doubt that the outcome of the trial is going to depend on Martin's girlfriend, because she did not actually see what happened. in a case where two people are involved and one is dead,, there isnt always someeone else who 'sees' what happens but testimony AND evidence help jurors decide guilt in these cases so i think it will be pertinent, what the last person who spoke to him heard,, especially considering how close it was to his death |

She has as much as admitted that she did not write the letter herself.
I have not been watching the trial but did any lawyer inquire as to who put her up to "sending" the letter or who wrote it for her? (What the hell is wrong with our school system that a 19 year old girl can't read or write cursive?) |

Hopefully this school system and the whole state at least will be looked into why she is in 12th grade and can not do this.. Mind boggling really.. Like I said before I learned this in 3rd grade.. I wonder when others on here learned to read and write cursive? |

I think what the jurors will see, is that Zimmerman was trying to protect his neighborhood an Travon should not have been where he was at that time. Sad, but it is what it is.
I think that Trevon would have grown up to be a good person. He was just a teen trying to find what his direction in life was. we will never know now. |

I think that Trevon would have grown up to be a good person. He was just a teen trying to find what his direction in life was. we will never know now. They were both to blame. Zimmerman: a wanna-be cop over-exerting his authority, wearing a gun and having an attitude. (I've seen that a lot) Trevon: a smart *** kid, also with an attitude. Its the law of attraction at work. |

Travon should not have been where he was at that time
Martin had every right to be where he was because he was returning to the home of his father's girlfriend. |

Martin had every right to be where he was because he was returning to the home of his father's girlfriend. Also, unless Martin was doing something illegal, Zimmerman had no reason to approach him or follow him. Bored with his job no less, he was looking for trouble IMO. |

I suspect that Zimmerman was trying to play "hero". |

Treyvon had the right to defend himself. Imagine if you were walking down a street on a dark rainy night and a stranger out of nowhere got out his car black/out white, doesn't matter, and approached you. What its the first few things that would come to your mind?
Lets see: he is going to snatch me, kidnap me, rape me, etc. That bout was scared, and fear itself wil make you best the crap out of anybody, period. It is possible treyvon could have been screaming for help as he was fighting this stranger because sure as someone came out their homes he could have been rescued, and vice versa, zimmerman could have left the boy alone or been saved from his butt kicken. Further more, it was reported that zimmerman had been taking martial art 3 times a week. So to make this seem as this young boy fist is a weapon really doesn't make sense if this man was trained to use his hands and body as a weapon (no need for a gun). He is a killer, period. He went after this young black boy, but NEVER got out his vehicle to approach grown black men |

Zimmerman has claimed to be hispanic, that is a percentage of black heritage, so I dont think it jas anything with race even though mixed race tend to be prejudice toward their own background (mainly black heritage) because thats what the world see the color black as, a disgrace. You don't have to say it on here, but its the truth. Whats also the truth is that everyone has a form of prejudice so I'm not going by that alone. Zimmerman knows he has black heritage, but I think he profiles a certain look as bad or suspicious. If out was a black dude walking home at night with a uniform or business atire out wouldn't cross his mind that person was going to commit a crime. This girl I understand how she feel, but at the same time her frustration its not making things better. Her lies has caught up with her. If she told the truth from the beginning she wouldn't get drilled so hard. Her speech...i feel sad for her. From the way she speaks you know how she was raise, and thats sad because her immediate family probably speaks the same way.
I don't know how to feel about this case. However, I do think zimerman does need to serve those 25yrs because he should have not approach that young man, especially at night, that is very dangerous, for anyone. No matter who threw the first punch, I would have hit first too if I thought that man was gonna snatch me our something. |

I agree with you on that jeannie about the reading and working cursive. I'm from florida and I'm not sure about other places in the united states but in floris they have took cursive out of the school system. I have a 6 year old and i remember when he turned 4 I asked his teacher when are the student going to learn cursive in abc's? She said the school system doesn't allow them to teach children cursive in school, that it is not a need...she would secretly send home copy machine, trace-the-dots notebook papers home for the kids to learn anyway! Those are the best teachers I tell ya, and I really feel teachers are under paid.
However, at age 19, she should have known cursive, you are right. That law had only been passed in the school system for minute than 5 years our less |
