It's only your own doubt holding you back. Even when think some stuff is other people's fault, we are the only one who can choose what we do? ![]() My question is more of, do you actually exist if this is my reality I've created in my mind? Do I exist in your imagination? It may be your world I'm a part of. If you believe that your physical existence is some kind of extension of some non-physical part of your being, then you may have chosen the time and place and status of your birth. And you have chosen to view the physical reality, of which you are a part, based on many factors from genetics, to intelligence and family and peer influence. You are not the sole creator of YOU but you most definitely have the ability to determine your own value system and your behavior in response to activity around you. Something else that might help you out – humans need to be validated. We all need to know that we ARE a part of this reality and we ARE visible and unique and deserving of universal human rights. When we reach out into the virtual space of the internet, we are asking to be validated by those we have not created. We do this by getting information from others that we don’t know or haven't conceived of but can proved outside our own knowledge. That’s how we know ‘they’ exist outside of our own creative ability. Of course you can misapply various attributes and characteristics to individuals and in that way you really are using your creative talents. Try looking at and getting to know individuals without any preconceived notions and allow that person to develop to you all on their own. Then you will begin to know the vast but limited scope of your ability to create. |

This collective reality is just an agreement and it is old news. Please expand on this This is far too complex to drop into sound bites but I will try... The reality we currently experience was created by thoughts, beliefs, desires and actions of the past...hence it is a reflection of who we used to be. Our thoughts, beliefs, actions of today create the future. If we focus on what most call reality in the here and now... It is like looking behind you to create in front of you. The future cannot be dynamically different. It is an agreement in that enough people held the vision, the thoughts, the desires, the fears, the beliefs - good, bad and ugly...the actions, the whatever ...to create it. We live in a society that says we have to keep dredging up the past so we 1. Never forget it and 2. Never repeat it How's that working? I don't see less hate in the world. I don't see less war in the world. I don't see less disease in the world. I don't see less poverty in the world. Genocide is still happening today in parts of the world. Nuclear weapons are still being built. Much of the world population does not have what we would consider basic human rights. To create a world that is different, we must create it not by looking backward at what we don't want but by focusing forward on what we do. When enough of us do that consistently we will create it as our new collective reality. No matter how hard you try though, you cannot create joy, freedom and expansion by focusing on fear, oppression and separation. |

There is an objective reality that is whether you believe in it or not. The irrrationalists try to twist the natural world into their own social construct so they will use phrases like, "well, that's your opinion" when you are in fact stating an objective fact. Of course they are those people who create for themselves a little illusion of the world in their head. They will have a complex ideology and a dogmatic belief in it to make it appear real. They will scream and shout and be angry with anyone who threatens their view and they will resort to tactics like censorship and slander to silence those who speak an objective truth. Often large groups of such people will come together in a communal delusion. An objective fact is just something observed that the majority of the observers agree on. And they all agree that it is an objective fact. So how do you know it's not just a communal delusion? ![]() ![]() |
