      I broke my elbow today and it sucks. It also happend at work and that saddens me.. As a client did it trying to protect me. :O(

      i kinda know how you feel, i am supposed to have surgery for a torn shoulder but im being hard headed and trying to rehab it myself and my doctor is spinning out because i dont want to stop playing football, i feel it hard some days, but i love playing too much to stop. and im healthier than i have been in a long time. my thoughts are with you about your elbow, and hope you get well soon
