RIP Michael
Heart-wrenching news. Liberty ally and fierce military-establishment adversary Michael Hastings died in a car accident this morning in Los Angeles. He was only 33. He was a long time critic of the Obama admin for Rolling Stone and other magazines, books and OpEds exposing such things as the McChrystal cover-up of the Pat Tillman killing by friendly fire in Afghanistan, Cointelpro and numerous other military wastes and abuses. His car supposedly hit a tree, in a single car accident, and burst into flames. However, if you look at the damage to the car it appears more like an explosion occurred before striking the tree in the photos. He was pronounced dead at the scene, and the LAPD (who is noted for their excellent investigative skills....like the OJ Simpson case) says an investigation is underway. Emails showed Michael was "going of the grid" for a while due to FBI harassment of friends and family in an investigation the FBI denies...
And then a senseless accident that ends in a massive fireball and death for Michael.... Don't be foolish enough to think this couldn't be anything but an accident.....
