Ingredients 4 Ramen Noodle Packs 1 pound Ground beef Green onions Bunch of cilantro - chopped sliced mushrooms bean sprouts chili powder salt Brown ground beef adding chili seasoning during cooking, season with season salt as you like to your taste. Add some chopped green onion and cilantro to the ground beef after it is beef is cooked. Boil the noodles following standard directions adding the seasoned ground beef, the rest of chopped up cilantro, sliced mushrooms, and the rest of green onions. When the noodles are cooked serve in bowl over the beans sprouts. Serve. This one tastes better fresh! Use 4 packs of noodles or less depending how much you intend to eat. |

Mayan Ramen Soup
Ingredients 1 packet of chicken ramen juice of 1/2 a lime freshly ground pepper parsley (chopped) spring onions (chopped) olive oil Prepare the ramen like you normally would, with just a little extra water. When it’s almost done, add the seasoning and the pepper (to taste. I usually use loads!). Turn the heat off, add the lime juice and the olive oil and give it a quick stir. Put in bowl and add the herbs (to taste). It tastes delicious, fresh and it’s almost idiot-proof. |

Ramen Goulash
3 packets of Ramen (I like to use chicken flavor) 1 lb ground beef 1 chopped onion 2 cans stewed tomatoes 1 small package of Ranch dressing mix Brown ground beef with onions and drain. Boil water and cook noodles until done, then drain the water and toss with 1 flavor packet (you can use another one if you like more saltiness). Add seasoned noodles, tomatoes (with the juice) and ranch dressing mix to the ground beef mixture. Stir well, and simmer for 5 minutes. Enjoy! |

Soy Milk Ramen
Ingredients 1 package of Nissin ramen “spicy” flavor Fong Kee unsweetened fresh soy milk 1 capful of Bernstein’s Light Fantastic “Classico Italian” dressing one or two sprinkles of chili pepper flakes one or two small handfuls of crushed bottom-of-the-bag pieces of Padrino’s Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips Break the ramen block and crumble inside microwaveable soup container or bowl. Add the oil and sesame packet from the ramen package. Next, pour soy milk to top of ingredients or 3/4 the way up to the top of the soup container. Stir. Add the Bernstein’s dressing, chili pepper flakes, and tortilla chip pieces. Put in microwave and cook on high for three minutes. When finished, take out of microwave and let cool for a few minutes and then eat! |

Asian Spamtastic Ramen
Ingredients 2 packs of pork or oriental ramen noodles 1 small can of spam 1 can of pineapple chunks (drained) Teriyaki sauce minced garlic dried onion flakes Cook noodles as directed. Add diced spam & pineapple to noodles, heat and stir until everything is warm. Season with the remaining ingredients to taste. Frozen or fresh broccoli is also good in this recipe. |

Fried Lemon Shrimp and Ramen with Veggies
Ingredients 2 packages of Shrimp or Chicken flavored Ramen Shrimp [chicken or other white meat can be substituted] 2 lemons butter Your favorite fresh vegetables, works well with celery tomatoes red or green pepper Make Ramen by following directions on package. While ramen cooks, begin to fry meat in a small amount of butter. After ramen finishes, strain all water out of noodles, add the noodles to the to meat in pan. Cut lemons and squeeze juice into the meat and noodles (the more the better!) Cut vegetables into small squares and toss into frying pan (you can pre-cut the veggies of course). Cover pan and let cook until the veggies are soft. Remember to keep the pan on a low temperature to avoid burning noodles. Also, remember to stir throughout the cooking process. Take noodle/meat/veggie mix out of pan and reapply remaining lemon juice to top. Serve with fresh bread and white wine (if appropriate)! |

Barbeque Cheeseburger Ramen
Ingredients 1 package of Beef Ramen Ground beef (about half the size of the Noodles) 4 Tbsp. Barbecue sauce Grated Parmesan cheese Prepare ramen as you usually would, but drain most of the water out, leaving just enough to stir in with the seasoning packet. Brown ground beef in a separate pan, drain the pan of grease, saving some for the ramen. Toss the browned ground beef into the ramen (two forks helps with this). Mix in the Barbecue sauce and Parmesan cheese. Enjoy! |

Pseudo-Tokyo Style Soup
Ingredients 1 package ramen (any flavor. Do NOT use the seasoning packet) 1 or 2 Pre-cooked slices of pork 2 and 1/2 cups water 6 chopped baby carrots Slivered white/yellow onion (or chopped green onion if you prefer) Ginger powder or fresh grated ginger (as much as you want) Minced garlic (as much as you want) A few dashes soy sauce (not low-sodium, preferably) A spoonful of chicken base Put everything but the noodles into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Turn the heat down a little bit (not past medium heat, though) and boil it for approximately 10 minutes, depending on how soft and cooked you like your carrots. After the 10 minutes are up, remove the pork slices and add your noodles, bringing to a boil again. Boil for 3 more minutes. Pour into your favorite bowl, top with the pork and enjoy! |

Chicken/Shrimp and Bacon Ramen
Submitted By: Caleb Submitted From: London, UK Ingredients (to server one person) 1/2 an onion one clove of garlic 1 - 2 slices of bacon (depending on preference) 6 chicken slices (approx the size of your palm) you can substitute the chicken with: pork or prawns (shrimp) soy sauce (i use medium strength) mixed vegetables 1 packet of whichever noodles you prefer If you have noodles that need boiling, I would advise putting them on now. Slice the onion and shred the garlic or cut it up (finely). Cut up the bacon into small pieces. Add all of the above into wok (which already has a small amount of olive oil in it) and cook on a low heat. Add some herbs or which ever seasoning you usually use if you wish. Get the chicken, cut it up, and add it the the wok. Make sure the chicken is completely cooked (a good sign of this is that its completely changed color all over) then add the soy sauce. Allow to cook for a minute then add the mixed vegetables and mix together. Finally, add the noodles and mix together. Serve and enjoy. |

Pan Fried Tilapia on a Bed of Ramen
Tilapia is usually called “white fish” since it doesn’t really have a strong or distinct flavor. It lends itself well to sauces and seasonings. Ingredients (for 1 person, increase as needed) 1 package ramen 1 tilapia filet lemon wedges (to taste) flour salt black pepper paprika chili powder Optional spices for ramen: thyme, basil, garlic powder, etc. Directions (The whole thing takes about 10 min to prepare.) Heat oil in a frying pan (enough so that it is about 1/4 inch deep). Boil some water in a sauce pan (enough to cook the ramen). Mix the flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and chili powder together on a paper towel. When the oil has heated, coat the tilapia in the flour mixture and place it in the oil. Cook each side for about 3 minutes (it should turn dark brown). Meanwhile, cook the ramen in the sauce pan. I like to add the ramen spice packet, as well as some thyme, basil, and garlic powder. When the ramen has finished, drain it and place it on a plate, and put the cooked fish on top. If you like lemon, take some wedges and squeeze them over the fish. |

Ghetto Yee Min Ramen
Ingredients 4oz beef 1 package ramen vegetables (broccoli, snow peas, etc) Chinese vegetables (bok choy, Chinese brocolli, etc) oyster sauce soy sauce sugar corn starch onion Note: Recipe is hazy, amounts differ depending on personal taste There’s a Chinese dish, involving gravy over pan-fried Chinese egg noodles (which are functionally the same as ramen noodles.) I reproduced it on a minor level as follows: Cook 4 oz of beef of your choice, frying preferable. (I used hamburger, for extra ghettoness, and used a little of the drippings - gravy, whether Chinese or otherwise, needs a little fat.) Boil the ramen according to directions, toss out the sauce packet. Drain, and set aside. Boil vegetables such as broccoli, or snow peas if desired. Make sure to cook them through, as you fold them in at the very end. Put 1 1/2 cups or so of water in a saucepan, and add 1 tsp of beef base. (NOT bouillon, or ramen seasoning.) Bring to a boil. Add beef. Add about 3 tbsp of oyster sauce, and like 1 tbsp of soy sauce, and taste it. If it’s not salty enough, add oyster sauce and soy sauce in similar proportions until it is. Add a little sugar if desired (The Chinese yee mein recipes seem to usually call for just a little.) Add a few drops of sesame oil. Make a slurry of 1 tbsp of cornstarch, and as little water as possible, and stir rapidly into the boiling liquid. If it’s not thick enough, use your judgment and make it so. Taste it again, it may or may not be salty enough. If so, repeat the soy/oyster sauce step until it is. Fry up a little onion, to your taste, and add the ramen, frying the noodles until the surface of them dries and they sizzle. Immediately transfer the gravy/sauce to the noodle mixture, and proceed to fold in whatever vegetables you like. For me this is one serving, but your mileage may vary. If you’re feeling adventurous, use Chinese broccoli or bok choy. (Significantly more authentic.) This recipe is not for anyone with high blood pressure or otherwise on a low-sodium or low-fat diet. |

After-School Ramen Snack
Ingredients 2 pkgs Ramen noodles (I like the spicy flavor) 1 can tomato soup Hot sauce (I like Tabasco) Shredded cheese Break noodles into quarters, place in pot. Add enough water to almost cover the noodles. Boil until almost all the water is gone, stiring the noodles often. (Or just cook the noodles and strain, it just makes more dirty dishes.) Add one seasoning packet and can of soup, stir, then add hot sauce and/or cheese to taste. |

Turkey Gravy Noodles
Ingredients 1 can of turkey gravy, about a cup 1 package of beef noodles salt, pepper, and olive oil water 3 veggies, (I used half green pepper, cup of broccoli and about eight mini carrots) 1 tomato. Cook the noodles in water in the microwave for 1.5 minutes, so that they arn’t soggy, but firm and mallible. Drain. In a sauce pan cook the veggies, minus the tomato. Add some olive oil to coat. Start the heat and when it is really hot add a cup of water, salt, and pepper. let the veggies cook down and when there is a little water left in the bottom of the pan, add the beef seasoning. When that is mixed in, add a can of turkey gravy, bring to a simmer. Serve this mixture over the noodles and chopped up tomato. Can feed two people or one. |

Saskatoon Breakfast Ramen
Ingredients 1 package of Chicken Ramen not-crushed 2 small eggs, beaten Cheddar Cheese cut into small cubes Chopped up Bacon Chopped Tomato and Green Onions Boil Ramen noodles as via normal methods. Cook bacon to your desired crispness. Drain all water from the noodles, and chop bacon, cheese, tomato, and Onions. Add eggs, bacon, chopped cheese, tomato, and onions, place on medium heat and stir mixture well. Cook for a few minutes, until eggs are done. Alternatively, cook the onions with the bacon to soften them up. |

Cluck Cluck Crockpot Ramen
Ingredients 4 chicken tenders or any chicken without skin and bone 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 pkg vegetable or chicken flavored Ramen noodles with seasoning packet 4 ounces of sour cream Optional: Drain and add 1 can of your favorite mixed vegetables. Optional: A bay leaf (remember to remove it before serving as it is not be eaten!) Put the chicken in the bottom off the crockpot. Break the noodles with a rolling pin while still in the package and then remove the seasoning packet. Next mix the soup with the seasoning packet and pour on top of chicken. Then sprinkle broken noodles on top. Set crockpot to low and cook for 5-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours. The last 15 minutes of cooking then stir in the sour cream. Serve with purchased cole slaw and sweet iced tea. Serves 4… or 2 if your appetite is like mine. |

Easy Cheesy Spicy Ramen
Ingredients 1 package of Beef Ramen 1 teaspoon of Mayonnaise 1 teaspoon of Horseradish 2 dabs of Hot Sauce of your Choice 1 tablespoon of Nacho Cheese Boil your Ramen, then drain leaving no water. Mix in the seasoning packet, mayonaiase, horseradish, Hot Sauce and nacho cheese thoroughly, Enjoy! |

Polish Ramen Salad
Indgriedients 3 packages of Ramen 3 teaspoons of Mayonaise 1 cup of plain Yogurt Spices: Pepper, salt, paprika Tomatoes Cucumbers Corn Beans Take your 3 packages of Ramen (after breaking to small parts) and mix with the Mayonaiase, Yogurt and spices to taste (pepper,salt and paprikia). Mix for a few minutes. Then add small parts of Tomatos, Cucumbers, Corn and all other vegetables which you like. Mix everything and put into the fridge for 3 hours… After 3 hours, EAT! |
