Almost thought this question was about Prime Minister's. Me putting myself in the company of prime minister's? No thanks. I'd probably get blackmailed more times than I eat. lol Serious now, I just prefer to e-mail, because you can keep track of what you said. Whereas going live on IM/PM doesn't always keep your previous messages, and they dissapear quickly :)

Sorry for any misunderstanding guys. On my forum it's called Private Messaging. A popup comes up and says "you have recieved a Private Message". Always thought that's what people called them.

Hi Sing, no see where it says "mail" on mingle, well on pro sites (many of them) it says "Private Message" or "PM". You can get it different ways depending on how your phpbb is setup.

There's something about a forum setting that has a sense of home about it. It's got a history both old and new. I concur with this statement hey ((((mg)))) in response to your original query though.. I prefer to meet on the forums first.. (I'm not on FB) I like the fact you can get to know people by how they relate to others, not only myself.. gives a better 'feel' of the person.. then I take the more private conversations to email.. but I'm not into IM chat..
