Yes like in any large city or country with many impoverished people you have to be careful. Keep your wits about you and don't do anything stupid like wondering off alone, or flashing large amounts of cash. Watch out for unlicensed taxis. Get the price before you get in. Visit Angel Falls, tallest waterfall in the world, if you can. Don't even think about doing or buying any drugs. |
