Broken Dream
love once flourished is at an end
emotions dissipate,
leave nothing for us to mend
scattered is the broken dreams of happily ever after
sadness and regret replace what was joy and laughter
we have fallen from the skies
how did it happen, how did it die?
We both can feel it is no longer there
loss of love, no longer do we care
I thought with you endless would be true
a lifetime of years, not only just a few
tight smiles, sad farewells
nothing more to say
so we just slowy
drift away
