      I don;t try to blend in - I am what I am - but
 
  generally I'm so quiet that "blending in" is not a problem getting others to realize there's a real person in my seat tends more often to happen

to me, it's what they want me to   "blend in" to that is the deciding factor....

      You choice for yourself how to live and survive even when it looks and seem hard. you cant blend in i believe u can live and survive in

This has also been my case as well. I do my own thing and eventually everything falls in place.  |

Personally, one of my favorite things about traveling, is learning the local cultures, food preferences, architecture, speech patterns and entertainments. I love learning the various quirks and ways of life in different cities and regions. And that's all right here in the States.  
I would love to say the same about International experiences some day.
