I don;t try to blend in - I am what I am - but

generally I'm so quiet that "blending in" is not a problem

getting others to realize there's a real person in my seat tends more often to happenlaugh

I was exposed to alot of different experiences and cultures growing up, so IM pretty capable of adapting wherever I am.

This has also been my case as well. I do my own thing and eventually everything falls in place.

I've spent a good portion of my adult life traveling for my work, and have noticed that some who travel with me adopt a "this place blows" mantra, are those simply not open to new experiences.

Personally, one of my favorite things about traveling, is learning the local cultures, food preferences, architecture, speech patterns and entertainments. I love learning the various quirks and ways of life in different cities and regions.

And that's all right here in the States. laugh

I would love to say the same about International experiences some day. biggrin
