simple illegal immigrant bill

any illegal entering the u s will be subject to the laws of their country of origin as if they illegally entered their own country

at the time of this became law

now thats a good suggestion

go through the process, no it aint simple, but its not that hard either, and we really dont have endless resources and space for everyone in the world that wants to ocme to do so,,,,,,,so consider it the front door greeting and the homeowner has the right to refuse entry if you have criminal background or plan to live off of their dime,,,,,

and entering without permission through any other door is criminal trespass , proseutable by law...

Que milagro!!
We agree!!laugh laugh

The law, as it applies, which isn't being applied states, it is a felony to enter the US without proper permission.

It is also a felony to harbor, transport aid or abet any Illegal.

The only thing that needs fixing is, the a$$holes in charge, to enforce the Law. Enforcement will end the Illegal problem.

It may be unpopular but I am against the idea of this papers please mentality at all, no matter what country you come from. I don't believe ANY government has a right to restrict people from going to or living in one place or another, or demand they show them anything. It never used to be like this till after WW1 I believe.....was wrong then and is wrong now. Free people are not meant to be dictated to.

I'd like to make sure that the People who are coming are Law Abiding; we already have too many Criminals here already.

Be very careful.
You have already admitted you are committing a felony by harboring Illegals.
You have loaded your gun.
The game of Russian Roulette has commenced.
Will you win? Or, will your jente be deported, your parcels auctioned and you and yours be incarcerated?

It would be very refreshing to hear about Illegals being deported and their keepers prosecuted.

My friend, the mother of the Anchor Brat I have at my house, thought she was doing it right.

Now, she has to wait 5 year before she gets her passport back.

I'd also like to see more companies employing Illegals fined and audited for working them. Not necessarily shut down. That would take away jobs Americans and legal Immigrants could be doing.

How very human of you......very human. These people are really not that different from the rest of us you know......I think it's shameful how we treat them.

Ok then, let's start with the ones at the top. Till they do that...the laws don't deserve much respect to begin with since everyone isn't on a level playing field anyway, not to mention the absurdities of law, WAY too much room for abuse. You know it would happen based on current law.

trespassers are human, thieves are human, I empathize with people in need, but I also understand that breaking laws has consequences, and that there is a legal and illegal way to do things

there is just and unjust,, and there is equal application of the laws,,,,some cant be made to wait in line and be screened while others are permitted to just walk in and stay indefinitely,,,

The thing with that is simply this, if a person truly knows the laws, or knows their common law rights which we ALL have, they can do just that. The only authority any law really has is that which we give to it. If we don't consent to the law, it doesn't apply to us. Most however don't know this and so they are made to do things they don't want to do, not realizing they can avoid that if they know how.

So there is an equal application......IF you know what your rights are. If you don't.......well then you lose out basically, hence the discrepancy you speak of here. Ignorance of the law is no excuse. You have to know what you can do in order to do it.

mexico's partial laws

Under the Mexican law, illegal immigration is a felony, punishable by up to two years in prison. Immigrants who are deported and attempt to re-enter can be imprisoned for 10 years. Visa violators can be sentenced to six-year terms. Mexicans who help illegal immigrants are considered criminals.

The law also says Mexico can deport foreigners who are deemed detrimental to “economic or national interests,” violate Mexican law, are not “physically or mentally healthy” or lack the “necessary funds for their sustenance” and for their dependents.

“This sounds like the kind of law that a rational nation would have to protect itself against illegal immigrants — that would stop and punish the very people who are violating the law,” said Rep. Steve King of Iowa, ranking Republican on the House Judiciary subcommittee on immigration, citizenship, refugees, border security and international law.

We should be more like Canada, you cant live there unless you can prove that you will be an asset to the country.

By who's opinion?

My proposal would take all the guess work out of the equation; you have a clean record, come on in.

Completely agree with the other guy, completely disagree with you. I just finished immigration with my wife.

Yea I don't care much for line cutting. We got a lawyer and everything. Its not the cheapest thing and she could have stayed as undocumented but that isn't right and we wanted to do things right.
