Truth be told, Is simply this you can't go by what a woman says she wants. A woman says she wants honesty? Really, Go ahead and tell her she looks fat. When she asks you, How she looks in a dress. A woman says she wants a nice guy, Maybe I should make a nice guy thread. Just to see how many can't get a date. Women want to be told what they want to hear. They also want you to be kind of vague and distant. Or else they realize they have you, Then they don't want you. You ladies can argue this all day, I think the men in here know better.

(1) attractive women with several options (2) moderately attractive women with some options (3) Bitter women, with no options. that turn to man hating. The first 2 have to be approached completely differently, As I stated in my previous post. Well, I see since I last posted this thread has turned into another one of those "poor pitiful me,I can't get a date,nice guy threads. With the "I'm a jerk and proud of it,I can get a date because of it thrown in for good measure.
I hate to see grown men act this way. The reason "nice" guys can't get a date, Is contained in this thread. You are your own worst enemy. You are doing it to yourselves with all of this whining. The way to get and keep a woman is a lot simpler than what most of you are making it. I pretty much outlined it in my last post. The jerk/a$$ hole that seems to think that because he is a jerk,That gets him women, That's foolish. That's not what's getting you the women. What's getting you women is the "illusion" of being a man. In other words, You're putting up a front. You're fooling her into thinking that under that jerk exterior is the kind of man like I spoke of in my last post. But after she is with you for a while she figures out that you are not what you seem to be. You are a jerk and an a$$ hole,PERIOD. What she thought she saw in you really isn't there. Being a "nice guy" will not get or keep a woman. The proof is right here in this thread. Being an jerk/a$$ hole will not either. It may get her for a while, But, It will not keep her. Unless she is an immature child herself. The best way to get and keep a woman is by being you.Be a man. Not some whiny something. You want to really turn off women? Be whiny. Have no back bone. Be a jerk. You will be repellent to them in the long run. Being whiny repels them from the start. Being a jerk/a$$ hole may get them in the start. It repels them sooner or later. |

Sorry, but most of us DO want a nice guy. If a guy acts like a jerk to a woman and she complains about it, then he's going to complain about that... and possibly never realize he brought it on himself. Guys, just BE YOURSELVES. If you're naturally a jerk, we want to know that as soon as possible so we can avoid you. If you're naturally a nice guy, don't pretend to be a jerk and then wonder why you can't get a good woman. And if you only want the kind of dysfunctional relationship that comes from one or both parties playing headgames, please do us all a favor and don't inflict yourselves on women, becaause YOU are the problem that gives men a bad name. So for the sake of your better brothers, please stop. Just because you can't get where you want to be with women, that doesn't mean you need to ruin it for the rest of the guys. That doesn't really make any sense. What these guys here are saying is that just being a nice guy doesn't work and not just being a nice guy does. Why do you always fall back on the "you men are just bitter" argument? I don't. Why do you always insist on accusing people of saying things they didn't actually say? You do know what a 'strawman argument' is, don't you? I'm a woman, and I know lots of other women. We talk about men, and about what kind off men we want. Not one of us wants a jerk. So if you want to be alone, by all means be a jerk. But if you want to be with a woman, be yourself. If you're being yourself and can't get anywhere with a woman, maybe the problem is that you're already a jerk. Rather than trying to be a bigger one, try to be nicer. If I were to start a thread saying that men don't want nice women and that in order to get anywhere with guys a woman should make a point of being the worst harpy/shrew/beyotch she can be, every guy in this place would come down on me like a ton of bricks - and rightfully so - saying they don't want that kind of women. Well, isn't that pretty much the same thing that's happening here? How is that a straw man when your exact words were, "Just because you can't get where you want to be with women"? I'll tell you what is a straw man though. You trying to say that these guys here are saying that you need to be the worst jerk possible to get a woman's interest when that's clearly not what they are saying. |
