Maybe is Charles Manson decides he wants out at his next parole hearing they can hire him too. manson was an insane mastermind with no evidence of remorse or reform,, quite a bit of difference from a wife participating with her husband in crime and going on to get an education and help others with her time behind bars,,, A murderer is a murderer, she helped out in a crime where someone died and is therefore as guilty as the person who pulled the trigger. and a murderer who pulls a trigger and takes a life is not the same as a 'murderer' who was in the car, or supplied the weapon in the eyes of the law, their penalty is similar, but in reality its two totally different levels of danger to others,,, whatever she is 'guilty' of, she paid her price for she was able to grow from that situation, isnt that what civilized people hope for or do we just want constant and unending punishment and oppression? i don't think anyone knows what she was thinking, BESIDES driving the getaway car... she may not have even known that people died till later... there are lots of women that are in prison because they loved/with the wrong guy... |

Maybe is Charles Manson decides he wants out at his next parole hearing they can hire him too. At his last parole hearing he said that he'd like to go back into recording songs...he expressed a desire to record his versions of the Beatle's songs...The parole board , of course, turned him down...clearly depriving his fans and music fans of the Beatles a unique musical experience. Damn, I wanted to hear his version of Eleanor Rigby re-done as Dr. Timothy Leary...now together, they would have made a great singing duo! Does anyone have any of Manson's recordings? Yes, he actually made some before all his issues came out in public... |

BS knows BS..... the best person to teach the power of repentance are those who have been through it not those who were never required to or never made choices that lead them to it,,, yeah, non perfect people, non violent criminals, can actually be more productive and helpful to society than the 'law abiding' gun toting/worshipping citizens who fear and refuse to allow them to become anything greater than they once were,,, She was EXTREMLY violent. In fact she was directly involved with the two most violent and deadly incidents in the entire history of the Weathermen Underground. |

This broad and the ghetto scum Davis were/are both dangerous and violent criminals. I've seen Davis posing with guns and, 10 ta 1 the other broad was packing and willing 2 kill. She did more then was packing, she talked the officers who pulled her over to lower their weapons and led them into a bloody, deadly ambush and was helping to make a deadly bomb (with hundreds of nails in it, you only put nails into an explosive device to kill) who's target was to kill hundreds of military officers and their families at a dance. In addition to this she was already on a $40,000 bail for the violent Days of Rage riot in Chicago. |

She didn't just drive, she hid 6 men (heavily armed with military grade weapons, one who was he boyfriend) in the back of the Uhaul with the 1.6 million dollar pay out (which was later learned that is was stolen to buy drugs) THEN talked the cops into lowering their guard and led them into an ambush. That is cold, calculating and premeditated. |

Her whole family is radical left leaning, her father represented Castro and other Communists AND she wasn't with her husband when she helped construct the bomb in Greenwich that killed several people. Nice try. |

After fleeing the scene, the robbers drove to a parking lot where a yellow Honda and the U-Haul truck, manned by members of the May 19 Communist Organization, were waiting. The robbers quickly threw the bags of money into the car and truck and sped away. In a house across the street, an alert college student spotted the robbers as they switched vehicles and called the police.
Meanwhile, police units from all over the county were converging on the mall where the shootout occurred and attempting to cut off all possible escape routes. Soon police officers Edward O'Grady, Waverly Brown, the second African American member on the Nyack, New York police department, Brian Lennon, and Artie Keenan spotted and pulled over the U-Haul truck, with David Gilbert and Kathy Boudin in the front seats, along with the yellow Honda at an entrance ramp to the New York State Thruway off of New York State Route 59. The police were not sure if they had the right truck, since it had been reported that the robbers were all black-skinned, while the occupants of this vehicle were white-skinned (a deliberate part of the original plan by the robbers, hoping to fool the police). But since the truck matched the description of the getaway vehicle they were looking for, the officers pulled it over and approached with guns drawn. The police officers who caught them testified that Boudin, feigning innocence, pleaded with them to put down their guns and convinced them to drop their guard; Boudin said she remained silent, that the officers relaxed spontaneously. After the police did lower their weapons, six of the men in the back of the truck who were armed with automatic weapons and wore body armor surprised the four police officers by emerging and opening fire. Officer Brown was hit repeatedly by rifle rounds and collapsed on the ground. One robber then walked up to his prone body and fired several more shots into him with a 9mm handgun, ensuring his death. Keenan was shot in the leg, but managed to duck behind a tree and return fire. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brink's_robbery_(1981) |

Sorry.....stumbled into another thread where everyone is right. Have fun guys. Enjoy the show...Human nature never ceases to amaze me...I guess most people live by one simple axiom "I'm right and everyone else has a screw loose!"...The human animal at its finest. All I can say that might actually relate to the topic is that I'm not the same duck I was even a month ago, never mind 20 or 30 years ago...That was another duck altogether. Lucky for me my feathers have greyed and none of my old enemies recognizes me. |
