Topic: Gabrielle Giffords’ husbands' dog kills seal | |
---|---|
Mark Kelly, the former astronaut and husband of former Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, on Saturday was at the center of a disturbing scene involving a large bulldog that had killed a beached sea lion pup. Kelly was videotaped dragging the dog up the beach after it had clamped its jaws onto the skinny sea lion, and after others were unable to free the sea lion from the dog’s grasp. (See video news report below, or click here for amateur video, which contains graphic content and is not for the squeamish.)

According to the article, that wasn't his dog. Mark Kelly was just the guy pulling the dog off. Secondly, the dog was on a leash and just broke loose from its owner, so the police didn't even issue a citation against her.
The sad thing is that thousands of sea lion pups have appeared on beaches this year because environmental damage has reduced their food supply in the area. The SPCA tries to rescue the ones they can find, but they can't get to all of them. |

I used to not mind Giffords (she was my rep) but today I find her useless as titts on a bull. |

So his dog killed a sick sea lion pup. So what.
My dog used to kill rabbits, birds, and the occasional cat. Ya think they are gonna put my name in the paper too? |
