This poem is dedicated To everyone who has an illness or disability. But especially to my friend Evelyn who has Hepatitis C like me.

You laugh at me
You point and stare
I want to cry
I dont understand why?

I dont want to be different
Why cant I be like my friends
Why cant I be normal
Did I do something to deserve this?


Who did I piss off
To end up so ill
I just want to be
Like a normal girl

I dont like my meds
I dont being sick
The clock of my life
Seems to go tick tick

I want to go dancing
I want to go to college
I dont want to have
Stays in the hospital

I dont to have tumors on my liver
I dont want to hear the words "no cure"
Why does my future have to be so unsure?

Nothing I can do
Nowhere to run
I might as well live
My life and try to have fun
