I've also decided to completely ignore that this is the forum for creative pieces so that I can garner interest via attention-seeking behavior.

I bring this up because

* some of the people here enjoy my writing
* I don't have time to be on this site much anymore
* I'm quitting poetry completely
* I might starve (very literally)

I figure that if I don't do this now I'll probably never get around to it and considering that I can't stand working a real job, it's time to go Bukowski, pump a book out in roughly six weeks or so, and see if I can make some money off it.

Realistically, I won't.

But I can say I did what I could.

So, um, yeah.

If you want to keep talking then hit me up personally. I don't check in much anymore.

Also, I never comment regarding the comments on my poetry here, because "I'm cool like that", but I cannot express enough how important this little place was for me (even when I was drunk for about a year and wouldn't stop writing self-loathing free-verse).

I hope your book sells for you so you can get back to checking out the creativity in your free time. I hope you allow for free time. But I suspect trying to write a book might use some of that time up.

I feel you will amaze yourself with writing a book...You have a great talent with words that can capture someone from the first line...Go for it PP..I will miss reading you here though, but hey if your book makes it to New Zealand, I'm a buyer...All the best..

Go for it. Keep writing. Even if you wind up at some point with another job
too. Write and express yourself. The readers be dam.ned.
