Too many men and women these days are just looking for FWB. What's up with that. I want love not just sex. Sex is supposed to an extra benefit of being in love.

That sucks to me though. I've never been to be in it just for sex

Love can be a very hard thing to find. It doesn't come along every day. Why should anyone deny themselves the pleasure that comes from sex simply because they aren't in love?
Sex is fun! Sure, it's better with someone you're in love with, but so is going to the movies. Should a person stop doing everything they enjoy doing with partner simply because they are without a partner? If not, what makes sex different? |

Love or Lust? Both serve a purpose, but many find lust much more 'adventurous and stimulating'.
What was medically found about lustful emotions at Whitechurch Hospital in Cardiff, Wales however may surprise some. Biochemist Abdulla Badawy has shown that alcohol, our usual beverage of choice, which 'puts us in the mood',also depletes serotonin in the brain. Low levels of serotonin dissolve inhibitions and create an illusion that the ordinary- looking person at the other end of the bar is absolutely, unbelievably attractive; they become for the drinker hot, hot hot! This research shouts a clear message to those looking for long term 'love': wait a couple of years before making a long term emotional or financial commitment to someone and definitely, choose your bars carefully... |

Yep; I agree too. Seems people want instant gratification and could care less about the other person's feelings. |

I’m not so bothered by others choices...whether they get what they can one night at a time, maintain a special kind of buddy, only engage with one person they care about, or hold out for their one and only true love.
It’s persisting in trying to convince someone else to change their choices to suit the others agenda that truly baffles me. If it’s not one persons preference to lift their skirt/drop their drawers for a perfect stranger, what makes someone think that pestering them will change their standards? Has anyone ever been worn down to the point they just say...fine...just use me already! |
