Here in my Country,the rate of discrimination between 'technic graduates and 'Versity graduates is fast becoming a threat to Polytechnic graduates,if not already a threat.. Is this same in other Countries? Your opinion,pls..

All I know is my government pushes for people to go to college and get a degree with a huge debt and ignore the fact we still need plumbers, electricians, trash pick up, cab drivers and many more services that don’t require a college debt to get.

Define "discrimination." Don't they hire based on training for that job?

Here they believe a degree holder is properly traind than a HND holder..In most cases, both may be working in the same firm,the degree holder being the superior without even being all that good at the job,while the HND holder does all the jobs as the subordinate... |
