i couldnt help but laugh at this recent topic it went on and on about how macho this guy really thinks he is and how some men are girly?? you know i think people that always have to cut down others are just sacred fearful of being found out...women are not something to just score with ..come on ..i have alot of female freinds mainly becasue some men are so macho it makes me sick..just becasue men are sesntive doesnt mean they are gay... just becasue you like love storys deosnt mean your gay.. and so what if you are .... it doesnt matter what matters to me is how you treat others in this world if you love yourself ..scoreing with women is just another way to boost you fake ego... am i right or am i wrong??

Stevil -- I agree with you. One of the biggest problems we have in looking for someone, is this idea that gender differences HAVE to be so enormous as to be insurmountable.

Not that there AREN'T gender differences -- there are, and there are supposed to be, and most of us probably see that as a good thing overall -- BUT, I think, if we could break through these stereotypes, these passe images, these antediluvian attitudes, we would find out that a lot of us are, underneath all the fears and illusions and defense mechanisms, looking for more or less the very same thing.

Not ALL women do this or that, not ALL men want this or that. Everybody is his/her own unique person. And some of those unique persons are -- or would be -- well worth knowing, if only we can get to that point.

He leaves himself wide open for those kind of remarks and I agree with the statement that "no press is bad press". He is just seeking attention and sounds to me like he wants to be center stage at all times. I think that there is a time for machoism and it is not here. It belongs somewhere else

well a real man doesnt need to talk the talk just walk the walk regardless of if anyones looking or not.putting yourself out there is one thing building yourself up at others expence not so manly really shows a real self esteem issue. and confidence is sexxy to alot of people cockiness isnt there is a line between the two you can be confident without shouting how everyone else is different or not as manly as you cause remember everything shows under the lighted stage faults too its good to be different .different strokes for different folks and all that happy horse stuff.
