Hey Hippie I don't have any Grandkids either. I am just so happy for my niece and her husband. They have wanted a child for so long.

That's what a Grandparent is for. Spoil them ,wind them up and send them home .

That's what a Grandparent is for. Spoil them ,wind them up and send them home . You forgot about all that sugary candy grandparents always seem to have on hand. Yep, nothing like a sugar high to keep a kid bouncing off the walls when you send them home I'm looking forward to that one day

Grandkids are great. No need for sugar, electronics are thier interest today. Just not good when they are 1500 miles away.

I'll never have grandkids. Step-grandkids might be a possibility if I married a guy who had kids. Oh well.

I am not sure if I am just noticing it more, but it seems like women not being able to have kids is becoming more common. So far there are four in my family that I know of.

That's a crying shame/heartbreak for those who want to have kids. My daughter wants to be pg and go through the whole process.

That is a shame. Its heartbreaking . the Maternal and Paternal Instincts are very strong emotions and hard to deal with when they can't be fulfilled.
