Betty, lots of flooding in Ohio also..and yes, too warm and melted all the snow.. Up along the lake in NE Ohio they had over a foot of snow the last couple of days and then warmed to 63..not good.. I think Jeff meant to check the seals around your windows, sometimes they dry out and crack.. So sorry to hear about the child drowning.. Prayers go out to his family..
