Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will not be able to testify before House and Senate panels on the Benghazi issue due to concussion, Fox News learned Saturday. Clinton was a scheduled to testify Thursday on the Sept. 11 attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, in which U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stephens and three other Americans were killed. The State Department said Saturday that Clinton is suffering from a stomach virus, fainted and hit her head, which caused the concussion. However, the agency did not say when the incident occurred. Both congressional panels announced earlier this week that Clinton would testify Thursday. However State Department spokeswoman Victoria Nuland said Thursday a related report has yet to be completed and no date has been set. I'll wager that accident is as fake as Barry's alleged teardrop. How many kids has he killed with his drones so far? He hasn't cried for one of those innocents.

Well, you know what they say Will, timing is everything ....What I am dying to know is how it's going to be er "fairly easy" to find out if the accident did actually happen and if Clinton did actually sustain a concussion severe enough to prevent her from testifying ...I'm certainly not saying she didn't, but I can't for the life of me figure out how one would confirm it if she did....

I wouldnt gamble the house on a fox news report didnt they also say petraus stepping down would prevent his testimony? thats not how testimony works,,,

If she really did get one I don't see why she couldn't testify after it goes away. This is just a stall tactic.

The people love a good soap opera, and DC is the best producer in the world! Stall, don't stall, it's all just WWF Washington style! The actors sometimes have other engagements to attend, lobbyist contracts to honor, so the script needs to be tweaked before airing. Clinton's too important for their future power plans.... this has to be a major rewrite from that phuck up!

I wouldnt gamble the house on a fox news report didnt they also say petraus stepping down would prevent his testimony? thats not how testimony works,,, yeah,but as a Civilian I think you might have Refuge to the Fifth! Not sure that's the case if you're there testifying in an official Capacity. I might be wrong!

I think if she is taking full responsibility, then they should prosecute her.

She did not say the part about no plans to prosecute anyone, but the news announcer did. She just took full responsibility for it. Not sure what she meant by that... I'm sure she was referring to the media (or other) handling of it, not the actual attack. LOL
