inside like how? like americans organized it ? no americans knew about it and allowed it to happen? probably Seriously? yeah,, it was the best way to get support to go into iraq,,,,even though those involved were afgani,,,, and I think american higher ups had been wanting to go back into iraq for a while but could not find strong enough justification this unfortunate circumstance gave them what they were waiting for I Can believe they , at the very least, called the bluff of those terorists, not believing theyd go through with it and figuring they would have support for a much wanted war if they did,,,
