A chicken strip, just not all that hungry this evening, oh and iced coffee, mabe a yogurt before bed.

Homemade brats and homemade sauerkraut....I was paying homage to my German roots today.

Swiss Steak With red -orange- yellow roasted bell peppers, over wide egg noodles, with a creamy brown beef sauce, topped with slice grilled mushrooms. A glass or two of red wine.

Fish and chips and a vanilla milkshake, that was a very bad thing to do, but I deserve a treat now and than.

It was dry it was overcooked it was terrible !
