Topic: Does 50/50 still exist? | |

I'm wondering if the philosophy of 50/50 still exist or if it ever did. Couples are expected to share the burden of a relationship together but with the numerous issues and responsibilities; I think eventually its going to lean towards one side. What do yall think?

If a relationship is considered a "burden" by one or both...then i don't see how it is going to get any better.

50/50 relationship is rare. If you are younger under 40, and just getting into first relationship, maybe it will work. Older people rarely want to give 50/50, especially those, who have been single for years, after failed previous relationships.

It is 100% from both or I walk.... I don't believe in one only giving half their effort in a relationship...

It is 100% from both or I walk.... I don't believe in one only giving half their effort in a relationship... Absolutely!!! both willing to give 100% and it will result in a 50/50 relationship. Because the 50% you are willing to give just may not be the 50% she wants, and the goes in return. Unless you give 100% the relationship is selfish and doomed to disappointment. |

I think nothing is truly 50/50 when it is immeasurable to start with relationships are not measurable each moment will call for different strengths and lean more towards the direction of the person who has them,,,, |
