I love Church's hot and spicy chicken. Unfortunately we don't have any in Louisville. KFC chicken sucks. We also have Popeyes and Lee's that are way better than KFC. Damn now I want chicken and jo jo's.....

I've never had Church's to compare the two. So I guess KFC wins by default

I like Church's because they sell fried okra, albeit they don't fry it enough but they still sell it. KFC has the best coleslaw in my opinion and their mash and taters are pretty damn good too then so is Church's. I am convinced that KFC adds a cup of salt to each piece of chicken they give you. Given what I have said, to me Church's has KFC beaten by a country mile. Oh and let us not forget Church's also sells mac-n-cheese. |

I had never heard of Church's until just now. Me either. That's why this thread confused me at first. |

I actually went to a KFC one time and they said they were out of chicken. How in the hell do you run out of chicken when you run a chicken joint?

Back in the 80's when I still lived in Philly churchs came to town and it was great chicken. And the only place to get a catfish sandwich for 300 miles.

I actually went to a KFC one time and they said they were out of chicken. How in the hell do you run out of chicken when you run a chicken joint? When that Joint was passed around by all the employees, just an hour before you got there... |

What is Church's?
|
|
|
|
KFC's coleslaw, Church's honey butter biscuits, Popeyes chicken AND red beans & rice.
Now if there would be a place where ALL would be available....... |

KFC, love the chicken strips there. I'll usually get a "family pack" of them so I can have cold fried chicken in the fridge for a couple of days.

Biggest turn off on KFC for me is its just too damn salty. Popeyes I think just has a generic flavor. |

Church's is better than KFC, but the one here, closed up some yrs ago. Now, we have Popeyes chicken. And, it is better than KFC.
Any chicken is better than KFC. |
