Saying "Hey wow those are nice are they yours?" Is only viable in person.

I think its much like wearing low cleavage and asking a guy not to stare. I don't care if a guy stares or makes a comment when I show cleavage because if it bothered me; I simply would cover up. Pretty simple.

Looking is one thing. Staring is another. Some guys can't handle seeing a bit of skin.

Both men and women dress to make themselves attractive to others. You can't expect people not to look. But, walking up to a woman, or sending her a message on here saying "nice t*ts" isn't going to get you very far. And acting like she's asking for it doesn't work well.
