Who else loves shopping at dollar stores? I have found great brand name items for cheap! But tell me how Dollarama has items priced all the way up to $3??? It's ridiculous!!!

You need to shop at Dollar Tree. Everything is just a dollar.

I just used the store locator. There is of course one in Scarborough, but I'm not going there! Two are coming soon in November that are closer to me.

We have Dollar Tree here..it freaking ROCKS!
They used to have a higher-priced section, but
took it out because no one would
buy anything in it :-)

Please keep in mind that a store that is common inside the USA isn't necessarily common outside of the USA.

In cased you missed it, Mandy is one of many Mingle2 members who live outside of the USA.

I like some of the stuff at the dollar store but there is also a fair bit of junk there. You have to know your stuff before buying.

I hate dollar stores that sell things over the dollar mark. I love 99c store, and it's only 99c. No trix.

I'll buy THAT for a dollar! smokin

Seriously? I'll never step into one of those dollarama stores. It's beyond me how come we import so much useless toxic chit.

I'm so glad chocolate bars are 69 cents at Dollarama! 50 cents would be better, but I can't complain much.

I remember many years ago going to either downtown Montreal or somewhere at a mall in/near Laval (Canada) and found a two story tall Dollar Tree store. I was impressedbigsmile And sometimes I even find products made in the U.S.A. when I'm lucky. But you do have to be careful what you buy there, and have to remember that those "dollar" items add up when you get to the register  laugh
