thanks so much, one thing about a crisis is it brings family and friends
close. I wish you didn't need a crisis for that to happen, but you
really know who loves you during these times. No news is good news and
there hasn't been much today. I'm waiting to hear from my sis after 7
p.m. central. It is going to be a long hard road back for my neice. I
just keeping praying for a healing.

Funny, the way things go. I have heard from dear friends who have moved
away from me sometime ago. They weren't aware of what has been going
on. We hadn't talked for about a year. She had been on my mind through
this ordeal as we were very close. God can give you very subtle hints
that you are loved and that everything is in his hands.

Something like this brings reality into focus, and really makes you
reevaluate what is really important in life.

Thanks Jen,

I don't want to be a downer here on the site so I will refrain from alot
of discussion about Ranee. If there is news, I will be sure to let
everyone know. Right now we are playing the waiting game. There is
nothing more we can do but hope and pray she's going to come through.
With the issue about her liver we still don't know for sure.

I want you all to know that Ranee has made it through. As soon as she
is well enough she will be going to a phsyciatric facility for
intensive treatment. She has a long road back and it will be very
difficult for her. She is in complete denial about having done this to
herself and doesn't remember a thing. Thanks everyone, I've been
exhausted and it's going to take me a few days to get my head out of my
ass. I will be in touch.

Good for her and your family,,, any idea what triggered this attempt. I
work with teenagers that have did something like this and there is
always some event that pushs them over the edge.
