BASEBALL SUCKS! IT IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!

The ONLY reason MLB expanded the playoffs were to (hopefully for them)ensure that the Yankees & Red Sox made the playoffs every year. Much like Nascar expanding the Chase to (hopefully) ensure Gordon & Lil E made the Chase every year.

How screwed up is baseball? The ONE rule change they made in the last 50 years to make sense(winning All-Star team gets home field advantage for the WS)is universally hated by players AND fans.

Players & fans whine about "tradition". Well, after 1994 when they deemed the WS not important enough to play because the whiny brats wanted more money, baseball by this action has forfeited their right to EVER use the word "tradition" again. They(teams) don't care, why should we?

Steroid use is rampant in MLB, yet only young role-players and minor leaguers are getting caught. Hmmmm.....Do I smell a cover-up here?

I'll close with an inescapable fact:

The ONLY difference between MLB and Pro Wrestling is that wrestling at least has balls enough to admit it's a friggin' joke.

I hate baseball because no other sport has done more to drive off and insult the fans than them.

I disagree with the NBA regular season being too long. In my opinion, it's not. The NBA PLAYOFFS, however, is a different story.

I think Baseball season is too long(so's Nascar, but that's another thread). Here's how MLB could shorten their season. Each team plays the other teams in their league 6 times a season-3 home and 3 away. They play the teams in the other league 3 times-at one place one year, the other place the next. That's far less than the 162 games played now, and besides, who wants to watch the Phillies vs the Marlins 20 times each season?

Don't really care much about baseball. Not a "fan". Until they institute an electronic strike zone and instant replay - I just can invest myself emotionally in the game. I've seen the umpires take over control of WAY TOO MANY games in my lifetime by their inability to get it right. Basketball is even worse. Won't even watch the playoffs of basketball - let alone a regular season game. Didn't there used to be a rule called "travelling"? Since Michael Jordan came into the league - it got forgotten somehow.
