Topic: Human Will | |

Bodies broken limbs curved and bent
Struggling for breath and coolness Nickels, dimes and the hard won dollars Making them feel Blessed Feeling as though they were Heaven sent Worldview warped...by our standards Pain and suffering from life's challenges Pouring from their glances But "Hello, how are you doing?' Never falters from passing their lips The human will to survive Is evident to all that pass by Accepting and non-reflecting What they have and what they have not Life continues on after a moment and a sigh It is time to be grateful for what is earned Not a mansion, clothes or the greatest of cars But respect and kindness, given and received "And the greatest of these is Love", quoted from the Bible... Goodness of heart, their Worldview says, lesson I well learned |
