Sometimes we all get down and out. I was thinking of a way to help to pull myself out of that feeling. So, I thought, why not start a Gratitude Journal here.

A Gratitude Journal is where you write things that you are grateful for.

I am hoping to write at least two things in it every day.


So for today I am grateful for

1.... Being able to spend some time with my family
2.... Having the things I need to keep me happy today
