Hummm all I can say is I have had ex's come to my resue more then once and normally the same ex b/f that has.. Yes I have always paid him back. Not only that I do appreciate the times he has helped me...

At times it is nice to know we do have someone that will help us out..Now if he needed help I would do what ever I could as well to help him out.... just as friends only....

I know for sure if I'm broke down or in a bind he is the one I call.. Not to take advantage of him for I would do the same for him as well..

It is not always a bad thing to help out a ex...

Forget the sob story. Approach it like a business person. Get something for collateral and get it on paper if you are loaning her the money.

Otherwise, you should not consider it a loan, you should never expect to get the money back. In your mind, it will be a gift.

Then one of these things will happen. Take your pick


1. She will pay it back and surprise you... (doubtful).
2. She will pay you back with sex instead of cash. (In that case, you should offer to be her pimp and offer pimp her out to your friends to get your cash.)
3. She will whine and cry and make up excuses, and invent more problems and even ask for more money.
4. Or you will never see her again as she avoids you and forgets about paying you back.

Ok- this was the story: got suspended from work for a week without pay (she is in law enforcement), smashed her car, due to rubbernecking, hospitalized for two weeks (with no remaining sick or vacation time) so the money and her next check will cover her rent for this month.

While I know each of these facts to be true, I still don't believe her. When I was getting divorced, the ugly creature, er... I mean the ex-wife asked me for $500 for heating oil as it was winter time. I told her to ask the jackazz she kicked me out so he could move in. He has no money, I gave her $500 and a month later I picked up the kids for a visit and their clothes smelled of kerosine. She bought a frickin kerosine room heater instead of heating oil! Probably spent the rest on drugs. Her, I completely stopped talking to and she has busted my balls since*, but has not gotten a dime out me since- as the law is on my side.

*Note: always have your divorce settlement decree any future actions/claims must be handled by arbitration/mediation, ie- no Lawyers.....I didn't and the B*tch won't stop.
