Why isn't there any local forums? You start writing back and forth with someone about a comment or topic and find out they live halfway around the world. This should be the Denver Metro region forum. If there is local topics can somebody let me know how to get there?

Hi LonghornSWD,

There are local forums. Some aren't used often by locals though. You can add local forums to your settings with this link

http://mingle2.com/forum/settings

This is the link to the Colorado forums

http://mingle2.com/forum/forum/35

Good luck to you,

Kim

Sometimes the chat threads tend to interest or more age specific also. Wander around the threads a little bit and you might just trip over something interesting. Or start a thread. You have mention "ranching" as an interest.

I have seen quite a few "ranchers" or people wanting to date or befriend someone with a mutual interest. Maybe with chatting you will meet someone else that has a sister, daughter, cousin, or friend that is into ranching in a big way.

Ranching and surviving on a ranch in today;s economy without being lonely sure has made home computing popular. Actually seen some cross state lines and even borders (Ganadian Mingler's) connect. Not so sure one of the recnet Mingle marriages wasn't a rancher from Austraia coming to the USA after an extended friendship later romance.
