Humm I know this thread seemed to went way off subject on the meet.....
 And I really don't feel like going through this whole thread again.. So what I was wondering is how many so far have said for sure they will be there? I know there is suppose to be a limit of 4 per cabin. And we have two cabins reserved so far.... So if these are the ones coming for sure.....then we have both cabins filled..is that right? Vivian - yes Glenda - yes & booked Carol - yes Me - yes Krupa - ? Joe - yes Ese - ? Don - ? So if these have confirmed not sure which ones have on the guys yet... Do we have more that are saying they might? If so do we need to reserve the other cabin just in case? If so we would know for sure within two weeks of going and could cancel it really early without having to pay anything on it...Just hate to know we end up with more and they have to scamble to find a place if we could have avoided that.  Or they back out due to having to find somewhere to stay... Again what was the cost of the cabins? And does that include park access? For park access is a added charge...Just don't want any hidden cost for those that are on a budget.. Then we need to plan a menu I know this is really early but think we need to keep it simple since there is no kitchens we will need ice chest to keep things in and we need to have as little left overs as possble...Snack foods are always good to have chips, dip, veggie tray ect.... Can't remember if they funish microwaves or not.... If ya'll will post these things I will combined them all in this post so we can keep up. And that way if we do get others to join they will be able to see all the info in one post instead of having to read the whole thread.. |

They have a small microwave, mini frig and coffee pot plus all the linens..no cooking utensils or firewood..if there is a burn ban, we'll need to have a propane grill...and I have one of those. We'll need paper plates, cups and so on...I have a cooler that turns into a frig, works in the car or plugs into 110 volt plug...it's neat! Hell ain't Carol driving if so she could go to San Antonio and pick ese and his friend up she has room in her vehicle for 3 and bags....That way ya'll could split the cost of gas three ways if ese's friend goes too...just saying...
