My main problem with horses is that as a kid, Dad was trying to raise me and my brother to be cowboys...he bought us shetland ponies and the damned white one would bite me and chase me out of the pen. Hated that thing. Since then, every horse I have ridden just sense that I ain't comfortable and try thier best to scrape me off using low branches, fences or barn walls.
Obviously the cowboy thing didn't pan out. |

Obviously the cowboy thing didn't pan out. Most Shetlands are mean spirited...I do agree there. Bad habits formed in animals and let grow usually are cause for putting one down. All animals sense if you're afraid of them..and react accordingly..so if your fear is great, I'd stay away from them. But they respect a leader. |

I can certainly understand why being bit by a horse as a kid could really turn somebody off.That could really hurt .OUCH!

I went to bed really early...my eyes were hurting pretty bad and I had put an ice pack on them and just fell asleep

 Allow me to say...if I am gonna drive 5 hours and drop $125 per night....I better get a lap dance at least. Tell Joe and Ese to limber up...I don't want them to pull a giblet.
